"People and Plants - Back to Back"
This has been
Action Indoor Plant Hire's company maxim for several years. We
appreciate the the complex relationships between plants and people.
I say appreciate because even scientists are still trying to
understand what goes on. However, they are finally doing the
research and coming up with the goods. It is common sense:

Plants and clean air go together, that's why we all love being in a garden or tropical rain
forest.

Plants are attractive and make our work
space a more pleasant place. We know this, this is why we have
gardens and decorate with flowers.

Plants make people feel better, this is why millions of dollars are being spent on
hospital parks and gardens.
An American study has
shown a lower staff turnover in companies that use indoor plants and
a 12% increase in productivity.
We (mankind) have had a relationship with
plants since we walked on earth.
From simple
beginnings, plants evolved first among earths living things and
thereby established a fundamental principal of nature: Plants
in one form or another, can exist forever without animals, but
animals cannot exist without plants. We need them but they don't need
us.
Its just common sense. How can we
live with plants for millions of years and then design offices and
living spaces without them - it does not make sense, it is madness.
